The Supreme Judicial Court has approved the nomination of Attorney Sandy Lundy to the Board of Bar Overseers Bar Counsel Search Committee. The BBO is the arm of the Judiciary entrusted with enforcing the state’s ethics and disciplinary rules for lawyers. The position of Bar Counsel is critical to the success of the BBO’s mission.
